Instructions for Parents /Guardians
Parents / Guardians should carry out their responsibilities in instilling in their children respect and strict obedience for all School rules and regulations.
- School almanac must be acknowledged by the parent/guardian regularly.
- PTM should be regularly attended.
- Parents are requested to submit the School fees according to the mentioned schedule.
- Check your child’s homework and progress on regular basis.
- Parents must check that the child carries books/note books according to time table.
- Parents are requested to send their ward in neat and clean uniform. Students should not wear faded, over-sized or small-sized uniform. Female students will wear skirts 2 inch below the knee.
- Permission should be sought at the office enquiry to meet the teacher for a genuine reason on 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month.
- Parents should send their children in the specified School uniformeven on their birthday.
- Parents/ Guardiansare requested to respond to the calls from the School positively and politely (if called).
- Criticism of a teacher or the School in presence of a child must be scrupulously avoided as it causes students to lose respect for their teacher and for their prestigious institution.
- Students cannot organize parties or go picnics or any outing on their own. Any such activity will result in the immediate rustication of the students involved.
- Parents are requested to inform the School if there is any change in Address / Contact Numbers.
- Refrain from giving regular pocket money to your ward. Encourage healthy breakfast and give home cooked food.
Instructions for Students
- All students are expected to greet their School teachers.
- Changing of classrooms should be done in an orderly manner and silently.
- Students are expected to respect the School property.
- Students must carry the School identity card.
- Bring the books according to the time-table.
- Students must use the bins provided for disposal of litter.
- No student can leave the School premises during School hours without Principal’s permission.
- All students should behave in a courteous manner whenever they are representing outside the School.
- The School reserves the right to dismiss any student whose progress in studies is unsatisfactory.
- Students must attain 75% attendance to appear in the Examination.
No students shall indulge in any of the following practices:
- Disfiguring or damaging any School property
- Smoking
- Bullying
- Use of abusive and foul language
- Any form of gambling
- Use of drugs or intoxicants except on prescription by a regular medical practitioner.
- Violence and rude behaviour.
- Casteism, Communalism or Practice of Untouchability.
Things Prohibited in School Premises:
- Mobile Phones
- Smart Watches
- Electronic Devices
- Knives
- Crackers
- water-pistols
- explosives
- Medicines without Parents’ consent
Transport Guidelines
- Students need to be punctual at the stop.
- They need to wait for the bus to come to a halt before boarding
- Buses will not wait for latecomers.
- No student should come near the entry door of the bus until it comes to a complete halt.
- The bus must not be littered.
- Students must ensure they do not throw anything from the bus windows and doors.
- Students must not put their heads and hands out of the window while the bus is moving
- Unruly behaviour like shrieking, shouting and playing foul is strictly prohibited. Courteous behaviour is expected at all times.
- The driver’s attention must not be distracted for any reason
- Drivers are authorised to stop buses at the designated stops only.
- Bus services will be discontinued without further notice for children who do not follow bus rules, damage accessories in the bus, offend passers – by with their actions or words

Library Rules
- All students of the school are members of the library.
- Strict discipline and silence should be observed in the library.
- Library books should be taken care of and returned on the due date.
- Marking, underlining, writing or damaging pages of the books are strictly prohibited.
- A clearance certificate is to be obtained from the librarian before applying for Transfer Certificate.
Fees Schedule
For April / May ’22 (2 Months) : | Due on 1st April , 2022 |

- Fee is to be deposited by the 10th of alternate months.
- The students newly admitted in the school will pay the fee for April-May at the time of admission.
- In the interest of the parents, it is advisable to pay the fee in time.
- Admission Fee is payable once at the time of admission only.
- Fee once paid will neither be refunded nor be adjusted for any reason.
- Refund of student’s security should be claimed within one year of leaving the school. After one year the security will lapse. No claim would be entertaind therefore.
Medical Assistance
- First aid treatment is given by a medical team in case of accidents and emergencies.
- Parents are informed immediately and may be intimated to take their ward home.
- While the school assures all possible precautions and care, the school management will not be responsible for any adverse consequences.
