In Tagore Baal Niketan, the students are taught by precept and example the essence of truth and beauty. They are taught to accept success with humility and defeat without disappointment and that the highest duty in any walk of life is to play the game in the spirit of the game a liberal education in itself.

The foundation stone of the world renowned Visva Bharti University was laid on 24 December 1918 and was inaugurated precisely three years later. The very name Vishwa Bharati, announces the lofty vision of the sage poet, which personified the harmony between nationalism and internationalism.

Greetings to all my young friends !

Each year we, at Tagore Baal Niketan, joyously welcome you into the world of education. Every year when I see vibrant young students filling our classrooms and playgrounds with their effervescent energy, I am reminded of these words written by our guiding light,Gurudev Rabindranath Tagore.

“Reach high, for stars lie hidden in you. Dream deep, for every dream precedes the goal.”

I have always believed that each one of you has a special place in this world and there is space for every one of your dreams. But to turn even the most vivid dreams into reality, one needs to put in dedicated effort.

In his limitless wisdom, Gurudev once said, “You can’t cross the sea merely by standing and staring at the water.”

Tagore Baal Niketan School offers you a safe nurturing environment to hone your skills and reach your true potential. We aspire to be the springboard which gives you the momentum to launch into this rather competitive world with a sense of confidence and a fighter’s spirit.

From the Principal’s Desk

Our School’s aim is to educate the youth of the world to take their productive place as leaders in the global community by offering our pupils a comprehensive education from Nursery to Class XII.

The curriculum emphasizes the acquisition of knowledge, useful skills, understanding, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities for all students attending our School. It is our responsibility as educators to nurture and develop every student to his/her maximum potential. Students are continually encouraged to appreciate our diverse community and to care for others by becoming global citizens and develop a concern and active respect for the environment.

The Schoolhas tried to reflect the kaleidoscope of learning, adventures, creativity and positive approach of our young minds through writing and drawings.

I hope this effort of our minds will serve as a stepping stone in their pursuit of excellence.
